If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms you agree to at the time of downloading, the agreed to downloading terms will control. You understand and acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider ("Mobile Provider") will continue to apply when using the downloaded mobile application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the mobile application and you accept responsibility for any such charges. The following additional terms apply to mobile applications that are downloaded from the Apple� App Store :
i. With respect to mobile applications accessed through or downloaded from the Apple� App Store ("App Store Sourced Application"), you will use the App Store Sourced Application only: (i) on an Apple-branded product that is owned or controlled by the User; and (ii) as permitted by the "Usage Rules" set forth in the Apple� App Store Terms of Service. Stanley Black & Decker reserves all rights in and to the mobile applications not expressly granted to you under these Terms.
ii. You acknowledge and agree that (i) these Terms are concluded between you and Stanley Black & Decker only, and, that Apple� is not a party to these Terms other than as third-party beneficiary as contemplated below, and (ii) Stanley Black & Decker, not Apple�, is solely responsible for the App Store Sourced Application and the Stanley Sites content.
iii. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple� will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App Store Sourced Application, or any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty.
iv. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, and subject to the terms in these Terms, you acknowledge that, solely as between Apple� and Stanley Black & Decker, Stanley Black & Decker, and not Apple�, is responsible for addressing any claims you may have relating to the App Store Sourced Application, or your possession and/or use thereof, including, but not limited, to: (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App Store Sourced Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
v. Further, you agree that if the App Store Sourced Application, or your possession and use of the App Store Sourced Application, infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights, you will not hold Apple� responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claims.
vi. You acknowledge and agree that Apple�, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store Sourced Applications, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple� will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms for App Store Sourced Applications against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
vii. Without limiting any provisions of these Terms, you must comply with all applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App Store Sourced Application.
viii. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist support" country and (ii) you are not included on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Why would an item be shown in the exploded view but not in the parts list?
If an item is shown in the exploded view but not appearing in the parts list then this usually indicates that the item has either been discontinued or it has an accessory listing; accessories are not sold on the site. In either case, please contact your DEWALT, Delta | Porter-Cable Factory Service Center directly for further assistance.
Can I purchase accessories on ServiceNet?

Where can I drop off my packaged tool for shipping?
Tools being returned for service are shipped through UPS. In Canada, Tools can be brought to any qualifying UPS location, including any full service location that can package your tool for you, for a small fee. To find the drop-off location closest to you, click here. Please note that for most drop-off locations, maximum package weight is 44 lbs., and the total size must not exceed 130" in combined length and girth (no more than 38" on the longest side) per package.

What are the rates for heavy parts?

What are heavy parts?
There are some parts that are considered "heavy parts" due to their size and weight. These parts require extra shipping charges. Please see the rates of heavy shipping and the parts that will incur these extra costs.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center located in Mississauga, Ontario.
How long will it take until my order ships?
All orders ship in approximately 2 business days after your order is placed via the shipping method of your choice. The distribution center is not open on Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays in the jurisdiction in which our distribution center is located. Please note that shipment confirmation and tracking information is not available until 1 day after the order has actually shipped. At this time, ServiceNet will reflect the shipping information in Order History and a shipping confirmation email will be sent.
International
Does ServiceNet ship outside of Canada?
ServiceNet only ships throughout the 50 contiguous United States and Canada. Product Information is only available for all products manufactured for North America & South America. At this time, we are unable to ship to Mexico, or South America. Please contact your Local Factory Service Center within your country. For more Global Information please visit,http://www.2helpu.com.

Am I able to have an open account?
For our larger and more frequent customers, active purchase accounts are available. These accounts are set up with one of our DEWALT, Dealta | Porter-Cable Factory Service Centers. Please visit our registration page to download a Credit Application Form, www.dewalt.servicenet/Register.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You will be billed as the items on your order are shipped. Most issuing banks provide their customers with the ability to review their credit card activity on-line. For those customers, please note that you will see an authorization request at the time the order is submitted on the site on your credit card. However, this is not a billing, but rather a request to set aside funds on your card to ensure that they will be available for future billing once the order ships. What do I do if I need to return/exchange my order?
Please contact your assigned local DEWALT, Delta | Porter-Cable Factory Service Center for all returns. You may also use the return form that is on the back of the pink packing slip that will accompany your order shipment to assist in the processing of the exchange/return. How can I track my order shipment(s) on the site?
All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days via the shipping method of your choice. Orders must be received before 8:30PM EST to receive next day processing.
